Beverly White, President

With over 20 year of experience, Beverly seeks to innovate in the field of management consulting. Her unique ability to quickly identify the core issues of corporate initiatives makes her a valuable resource, and her tenacity and drive make her a great leader.

Her vision for BKW resulted from her passion to support change and to enable businesses to deliver on key initiatives and guide strategic pivots. She obtained vast experience in business acumen and operations while employed in major corporations, non-profits and BIG 5 consulting firm Accenture.

Immediately after 9-11, Beverly was a lead consultant in the restoration of telecommunications for the City of New York, in some cases working among the debris and chaos of the aftermath.

Following the collapse of the apartheid in South Africa, Beverly was the senior manager of a $400M project that impacted the lives of millions of newly liberated Africans.

Beverly is a respected and highly recognized member in the communities she serves. She serves on the board of her local NJ Small Business Development Center the Rutgers School of Business. She has been recognized by the NOBLE Youth Organization for her commitment and support, as well as by the NY/NJ Minority Supplier Development Council as the recipient of the prestigious ‘Supplier of the Year’ award.

David L. Gipson, CTO, COO

David is an experienced technology executive, currently serving on the Senior Management Team at BKW. He has a broad background in software management, IT strategy, and operations, with a proven track record of leading teams and optimizing business processes. At BKW, he oversees IT initiatives, consolidates technology platforms, and drives growth-focused solutions to enhance business performance.

Previously, he held leadership roles at Ericsson, SAIC, and other communications and high tech companies, where he managed large budgets and teams, improving software reliability, deployment efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key achievements include leading software development projects, reducing software faults, driving cost-effective IT solutions, fostering team creativity, and aligning technology with business goals. He is proficient in multiple programming languages and has a strong background in software architecture.

David holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Southern University. His leadership combines technical expertise, business insight, and a focus on innovation for long-term success.
